Semi-Custom Home Building

    • Custom adjustments to our designs within the parameters of our building style

    • Construction of Your Home

    • Builder fee is 15% of the cost to build. You take on the construction loan.

    • We also offer the option to sign a purchase agreement and we carry the construction loan.

Remodels, Rehabs or Home Additions

    • A specialty of ours is helping home owners get their house ready to sell.

    • We can help you figure out what repairs or updates are actually needed that will get you the best sale price out of the home and sell quicker.

    • We complete the repair and/or remodel work in 1-3 months on average.

    • We work with our in-house realtor to inform you of what updates will affect your home value and how much it’ll impact price and return on investment.

    • You’ll have the option of working with our realtor to sell the house but you’re still free to use your own.

    • We’ll tackle any size of remodel project on your existing home

    • Interior Design (optional)

    • Total transparency throughout the process of any issues or needed changes. No change in scope will occur without your approval.

    • We discuss your budget and provide you an estimate that includes our 15% general contractor fee

    • Because of the uncertain nature of remodels or rehabs, we will not provide a fixed bid. (So far we’ve stayed under budget with our clients)
