Builder/Owner Build (Where It All Began…)

This project involved another builder from Excavation through Mechanical and then I took over as an owner builder for the rest of it. This became our personal house for 2 years before selling it.

This house project was the catalyst that pushed me into pivoting my career and becoming a general contractor.

We drafted the floorplan and my wife did all the interior design and finishing choices. It was a humbling first for both of us.
